Graveside Funeral Services for David Eastman Formby Sr., age 82, of  Picayune, Miss., who passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015, will be held Thursday, September 3,
2015, at 11:00 am at New Palestine Cemetery. Mrs. Ella and the family will be at the gravesite at 10:00 a.m. to receive family and friends before the ceremony begins.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
Rev. Ryan Wade will officiate the service.
A native of Picayune, Miss., he was an Insurance Adjuster and a member of First Baptist Church of Picayune. David has left this old world and was looking forward to eternity in heaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Eastman Formby and Stella Mae Smith Formby.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 58 wonderful years, Ella Quinn Formby; sister, Mary Ann Formby; three children, David Eastman Formby Jr. and wife Belinda, John Mark Formby, Suzanne Formby Wilkes and husband Jason; grandchildren, Elizabeth Rose Formby, Michael David Formby, Austin Jason Wilkes, John Paul Formby, and Andrew Patrick Wilkes; great grandchildren, Lakota Formby and Stayton Jagger Formby.
