For the second straight day, inclement weather played a part in the Mississippi Coast East-West softball All-Star Games.
The second delay, however, forced the cancellation of the Event.
The event was originally scheduled to run Wednesday and Thursday at the Biloxi High Sports Complex with the Seniors playing a doubleheader on Wednesday following the Futures playing a twin-bill on Thursday.
However heavy rains along the Mississippi Gulf Coast on Wednesday forced the schedule to be rearranged to play one Futures game and one seniors game on Thursday.
But more rain on Thursday forced the organizers of the event just to cancel both games, according to George County head coach Bruce Thornton.
