Graveside services will be held Friday, November 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. for Dorothy Pearson, 75, of Slidell, La., who passed away Monday, November 9, 2009 at her residence.

Burial will be in Pearson Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of Franklin Parrish, La., she was a Homemaker and a member of Union Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Darius Pearson; parents, Verne and Amanda Pricilla Giltner.

Survivors include: daughter, Glenda T. Davis and Darrel Ducote of Slidell; grandson, Mitchell Lloyd (Debbie) Davis of Winnsboro, La.; two sisters, Margorie Stagg and Gay Steward; and one brother, William Giltner, all of Winnsboro.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 12, 2009 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
