Hurricane Otto update

TROPICAL WEATHER —  Hurricane Otto was at 32.4N, 52.6W and moving northeast at 32 mph Saturday afternoon with winds of 75 mph and a steady motion to the northeast and a increase in forward speed forecast for the next 48 hours. Otto could lose its tropical cyclone characteristics by Monday. A low pressure system about 150 miles east of San Andres Island was better organized Saturday afternoon. Environmental conditions are conducive for development while the system moves west-northwest or northwest. There is a 30 percent chance the system could become a tropical storm during the next 48 hours.
