Three women have been arrested and released on bond pending separate trials in FEMA fraud cases.

Two of the women filed claims for Hurricane Katrina losses in Stone County. Brandie N. Meadows and Sunshine S. Meadows are accused of falsely claiming they were living in a mobile home at the same address in Wiggins.

A separate indictment charged Brittany Cruthirds with filing a false claim in Harrison County. She is accused of claiming she was renting an apartments in Long Beach when Katrina struck.

All three were indicted in August and the indictments were unsealed last week.

It was not immediately known whether the women have attorneys.
