Smoke testing that was planned to take place Wednesday from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. was been postponed until further notice due to inclement weather. The testing was to be conducted by the Pearl River Utility Authority on Neal Road from Blades Road to Palestine Road and intersecting streets in that area.
