Picayune’s Jared Bales has been named a Dandy Dozen for this baseball season by the Jackson Clarion-Ledger.
Bales and the Maroon Tide open their season today at the Hancock Tournament.
Bales, a catcher and a pitcher, has already signed with the University of Southern Mississippi.
He is the second straight Dandy Dozen player for head coach Cayne Stockstill’s Maroon Tide after T.J. House last season.
