Edgar Earl Genson, 85, of Oxford, Ga., passed away Friday, May 2, 2008. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 4 at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel Funeral Home in Norcross, Ga. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park.

Visitation was held Saturday, May 3 at the funeral home.

Mr. Genson, a native of Bethel, Ohio, retired from Southeastern Roof Decks and was a Mason.

He is survived by: his wife, Mary Grace Genson of Oxford; two sons, Danny Genson of Atlanta, Ga., and Rex Genson Oxford; two daughters, Cicinda Richardson of Woodstock Ga., and Gail Genson of Covington, Ky; 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
