Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office Releases December Arrest Report

The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office (PRCSO) has released its list of arrests for December 2024, highlighting multiple DUI and drug-related charges. Deputies and DUI Enforcement officers made several arrests throughout the month in response to impaired driving, narcotics possession, and other offenses.
DUI and Drug-Related Arrests
- Dec. 1: Madison Fleming, 20, was arrested for DUI First and Careless Driving after crashing into a ditch. She recorded a BrAC of 0.13.
- Dec. 5: Nicholas Heathcock, 30, was arrested for DUI First after being stopped for a traffic violation. Deputies discovered empty alcoholic containers in his vehicle.
- Dec. 10: Jaime Picou, 52, was arrested for DUI First and trespassing after deputies found him on private property. A meth pipe was located in his pocket, and he admitted to using meth prior to driving.
- Dec. 15: Thomas Thompson, 37, was arrested for DUI First, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and multiple traffic violations after being stopped for driving without a license plate. Deputies found a white powdery substance during a search.
- Dec. 16: Jamel Ratcliff, 46, was arrested for DUI First, Possession of Marijuana, and Driving Without a License after deputies stopped him for erratic driving.
- Dec. 16: Ronald Norton, 38, was arrested for DUI after being stopped at a safety checkpoint, where deputies found a straw with a white residue.
- Dec. 17: Philis Stringfield, 59, was arrested for DUI First and Careless Driving after admitting to drinking and driving. She recorded a BrAC of 0.20.
- Dec. 19: Adam Davis, 47, was arrested for DUI First and Careless Driving after telling deputies he had “too many” drinks. His BrAC was 0.19.
- Dec. 19: Charles Roberts, 50, was arrested for DUI First, Controlled Substance Violations, Driving With a Suspended License, and Eluding Law Enforcement after failing to stop for police. A torn plastic bag and chewed candy were found in his vehicle, raising suspicion of drug use.
- Dec. 23: Makayla Fulton, 35, was arrested for DUI First after being pulled over for careless driving. Her BrAC was 0.18.
- Dec. 23: Patrick Parrino, 57, was arrested for DUI First after swerving off the road. He failed sobriety tests and recorded a BrAC of 0.19.
- Dec. 24: Julie Glass, 41, was arrested at a traffic stop after deputies discovered she had two prior DUI convictions.
- Dec. 30: Kristina Bullock, 46, was arrested for DUI First, Careless Driving, and Possession of a Controlled Substance after a traffic stop. Deputies found drug paraphernalia and a pink bag containing a crystal substance.
- Dec. 31: David Scott Chester, 45, was arrested for DUI, Possession of Paraphernalia, No Insurance, and other traffic violations after deputies found a clear bag with a crystal substance inside his vehicle.
- Dec. 31: Robert Davis, 42, was arrested for DUI First after being involved in a vehicle accident. His BrAC was 0.25.
- Dec. 31: Kody Glenn, 41, was arrested for DUI First and Careless Driving after a traffic stop. Deputies found a chilled six-pack of beer with two cans missing.
- Dec. 31: Jerry Jones, 59, was arrested for DUI First after a head-on collision. Jones admitted to being intoxicated and told officers to “just book him.”
- Dec. 31: Adrianne Raborn, 44, was arrested for DUI after being stopped at a safety checkpoint. She admitted to drinking three alcoholic beverages and recorded a BrAC of 0.19.
