The Pearl River County SPCA is preparing to host its Fall 2024 Wellness in the Park Clinic, offering low-cost pet wellness services at Jack Reed Park on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This biannual event aims to provide affordable and accessible veterinary care for pet owners throughout the area, with no residency requirements.

The Spring 2024 Clinic saw a strong community response, with over 400 pets receiving rabies vaccinations, wellness vaccinations, Bordetella vaccinations, heartworm testing, and microchipping. “The turnout for our spring event showed how important these services are to the community,” said a Pearl River County SPCA representative. “We’re excited to continue offering these services and expect even more pet owners to join us this fall.”

Available services at the clinic will include:

  • Single Wellness Exam: $10
  • Baby Series (up to 7 months): $30
  • Rabies Vaccination: $10
  • Microchip: $15
  • Rabies & Microchip Combo: $20
  • Bordetella Vaccination: $10
  • Heartworm Test: $15
