Services for Taliyah Brianna Clark-Derbigny, 28, a native of Norfolk, Va. who passed away on Monday, Sept. 30, 2024 at the University of Florida (Gainesville) Medical Center will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024 at 3 p.m. at the First Cornerstone Baptist Church. Pastor Otis Jones will officiate the services. Visitation will be on hour prior to service time.
Taliyah Brianna Clark-Derbigny also called baby girl by many was born Oct. 13, 1995 to Edward “Bryant” Derbigny III, and Malika Clark Charles.
In 2001 Taliyah moved to Atlanta, Ga. with her parents where she attended school in Lithonia, Ga. Later on, her family received a called that forever changed their lives. In July of 2005 she and her family moved to Picayune, Miss. to care for the great-grandmothers of her father. While in Picayune Taliyah made many friends. She attended Nicholson Elementary School from 2005-2008 after which she relocated back to Virginia Beach with her mother. Where she attended Kempsville High School and graduated with the class of 2015.
After completing high school Taliyah went on and further her education by taking and completing online courses where she later received her certifications in various technology and health care programs. Completing these programs brought Taliyah great joy knowing that she was able to advance her education.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her parents, grandparents, and a host of other relative and friends.
