Wanted Man Arrested by U.S. Marshals in Louisiana

Tevin Turner, wanted on an outstanding warrant for armed robbery, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in Independence, Louisiana, according to the Picayune Police Department.

The Picayune Police Department announced Turner’s arrest in a Facebook post: “We are excited to announce that as of this morning, Tevin Turner is in custody for his outstanding warrant for armed robbery. He was located in Independence, LA by the U.S. Marshals Service. We appreciate the help of all agencies involved with this endeavor, but most especially, we appreciate you! Citizen tips helped bring this to a close and we couldn’t do it without you!”

Police Chief Joe Quave said, “You can run, but you can’t hide.”
