The Picayune Police Department’s Special Operations Division conducted several operations last week, leading to multiple arrests on drug and prostitution charges.

On June 18, detectives conducted a traffic stop at South Beech Street and Jackson Landing Road. The driver, Charles Bickham III, was found to have fentanyl following a search of his vehicle. Bickham was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

On June 20, detectives conducted surveillance on a local hotel. Probable cause was established, resulting in a search warrant for a hotel room where Chelciah Dionne Stacks, also known as “Diamond,” was located. The search revealed methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and items associated with prostitution. Stacks was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute within 1,500 feet of a church and prostitution.
