“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6″
Walter “Bubba” Bogan was born April 14, 1958, in Picayune, MS to the late Robert and Mable Bogan. Walter attended the Picayune School District and later employed with Ingall’s Shipyard and Avondale. He later was employed with Mason Chamberlain, Inc. for many years as a Quality Control Foreman. Walter ventured out and started his own business as a carpet and flooring installer. Walter was considered a “jack of all trades.” As a young boy, Walter helped his parents in their Funeral Home business and was a great asset to the company until his health failed.
Walter was a member of the Pilgrim Bound Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Henry S. Marshall. Walter was loved by many for his caring and loving spirit. His passion was loving and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
