Congratulations to Picayune hometown resident, Connie Mitchell Shelton. Shelton was recently appointed to the Southeastern Jurisdiction of the United Methodist Church as Bishop. This Sunday, Mayor Jim Luke presented Bishop Shelton the key to the City of Picayune.
