A vehicle left the road and rolled over on Rock Ranch Road Wednesday morning, but the incident did not involve serious injuries.

At 9:53 a.m. on Wednesday, deputies with the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the scene of a single-car incident that occurred on Rock Ranch Road near Lake David Drive, according to Maj. Joe Quave.

Quave said the vehicle, a red Lincoln Navigator, was traveling east on Rock Ranch Road when it left the road, and hit a culvert before it rolled over.

Quave said the driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Quave said the driver told responding deputies that she fell asleep at the wheel. He said no citations were issued.
