Daniel Birton Howell, 52, 134 Lilac Dr.; arrested Jan. 15, for shoplifting a total of $319 in merchandise on two occasions.
Kyle Ryan Todd, 32, 872 Bouie Rd, Carriere; arrested Jan. 13, for DUI refused test.
Whitney Alisha Penton, 26, 1116 York St.; arrested Jan. 14, for no driver’s license and failure to dim headlights.
