Visitation for Lowell William Dennis, age 71, of Carriere, Mississippi, who passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017, will be held Sunday, November 5, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home, 401 West Canal Street, Picayune, Mississippi 39466.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana,  he served in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. Lowell was a hardworking man and a good provider, who dearly loved his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Fernandez and Mattie Johnson Dennis; and his brother, Edward Dennis.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Renee Pujols Dennis; his daughters, Tracey Dennis, Robin (Rodney) Voissement, Audra (Steve) Mariakis, and Danielle (J.D.Mancuso) Dennis; his nine grandchildren, Jose (Samantha) Lopez, John Lopez, Candice Brown, L.J. Brown, Walter Williams, Jr., Treasure (Joey) Vogel, Jeffrey Voissement, Nita Robinson, and Nicholas Alford; his one great grandson, Jakob Dennis; his sisters and brother, Linda (Clem) Vining, David Dennis, and Lula (Danny) Wetwiski; and several nieces and nephews.
