Memorial Services for Catherine McVaugh, 88, of Picayune, Miss., who passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013, will be held Friday, December 6, 2013, at 2 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday, December 6, 2013 from 1-2 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Kay was a member of the Busy Bee Homemaker’s Club and was an avid bowler for many years.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Alex Mackey, and Ida Scarpato Mackey; her husband, Clifford Thomas McVaugh; and her brother, Alex Mackey Jr.

Survivors include: her children: Dot Pigott and husband John, James Pearson McVaugh and wife Tonya, and Donna Marie Nations and husband Richard; 8 grandchildren: Jason Pigott and wife Marilyn, Lauren Pigott and Mike Straw, Alison Raiford and husband Cole, Justin Pigott and wife Bethany, J.P. McVaugh, Jr., Maggie McVaugh, Molly McVaugh, and Tara Lynn Foley; 5 great-grandchildren: Macy, Amy, Julie, and Abigail Pigott, and Collin Raiford.
