Funeral services for Johnnie Merle Dubuisson, 91, of Carriere, Miss., passed away Friday, September 28, 2012, will be Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at West Union Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at West Union Baptist Church.

Burial will be in West Union Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

The Rev. Bud Putnam will officiate the service.

A native of Carriere, she was a retired teacher and a member of West Union Baptist Church. She was a member of the Retired Education Personnel. Johnnie enjoyed sewing, handwork, and making clothes for her grandchildren. Johnnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, John Boyd Davis and Litha Stockstill Davis; her husband, Olease John Dubuisson; and her sister, Vestal Rayburn.

Survivors include: her daughter, Connie Sue Sable and husband Richard; her grandchildren, Destiny Perkins and husband Matthew, and Richard Sable and wife Brandi; and her great-grandchildren, Emma Kate Perkins, and Ethan Dean Perkins.
