Pam Herrin watches as her granddaughter Aubrey Hancock makes a pottery bowl and decorates it with a fern at the Arboretum on Saturday. About 20 participants walked the arboretum trails and collected leaves and natural materials to decorate their pottery productions. Arboretum director Pat Drackett supervised the program. The clay pottery was done with self-hardening clay and the participants took home their creations after the class.
