Work crews are pumping out and waiting to dry a section at the Highland Commons Parkway and U.S. Hwy. 43 North intersection, as work continues on the loop to connect Miss. Hwy. 43 and U.S. Hwy. 11 North. Engineers say the work at intersection will be completed in late August or early September.
