An accident call Sunday afternoon on Old Hwy. 26 East near Sonny Davis Road here resulted in the arrest of Poplarville Fire Chief Michael White. He was charged with disorderly conduct and arrested by a Pearl River County deputy.

The Poplarville City Council was expected to discuss the issue at Tuesday night’s meeting.
