A Mississippi store owner faces legal problems for allegedly peddling single cigarettes and being in possession of drugs with an intent to sell.
State Attorney General Jim Hood says investigators with his office, acting on a complaint, determined Gautier convenience store owner Man Ngoc Dinh was selling single cigarettes. Hood says 28-year-old Dinh also was found in possession of marijuana and a handgun.
Dinh was issued a citation by an investigator for the sale of single cigarettes, while the rest of the evidence found in the case was turned over to the Narcotics Task Force of Jackson County. Hood says Dinh was then charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a church.
