Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Rose of Sharon Church of God in Christ, for Mrs. Rosetta Price, 66, of Picayune, who passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at Highland Hospital in Picayune.

Burial will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2009, in the Picayune Cemetery under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

The Rev. Elder Simmons will officiate at the service.

A native of New Orleans, La., she was a housekeeper.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Leon Price; her father and mother, Noel and Susie Myers; and one granddaughter Kim Van Buren.

Survivors include: two daughters, Maggie Jackson and Mary Van Buren, both of Picayune; one brother, James Donald of Picayune; 12 grandchildren: Bobbie, Norris, Corey, Dionne, Danielle, Crystal, Frankie, Tiffany, Donesha, Jessica, and Brittany; one step-daughter, Jaucinta; four step-sons, Micheal, Melvin, Ashton, Leonie, Readeau, all of New Orleans, La.; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 10-11 a.m. at Rose of Sharon Church of God in Christ in Picayune.

Baylous Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
