The citizens of Picayune have been waiting a long time for the recycle center to open. I was told that there was no one to ‘run’ the baler. Well I’m sure it doesn’t take a college graduate to do it and there are many people looking for jobs so that should be no problem either.

I have paper, plastic, cans, etc, as I’m sure lots of people do and it’s a shame that they have to be burned or taken to the dump. This is the 21st century and it’s long overdue that a recycle center be opened in Picayune.

I’m not sure if I have sent this email to the right parties. If not, could you guide me and let me know what steps we have to take to get this off the ground? Who do we address these important issue to?
