Sheriff Department is looking for suspects
MILLARD — The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the location of two suspects after narcotics investigators discovered where they and other associates lived.
Maj. Donnie Saucier said on Dec. 26, narcotics investigators obtained a search warrant and conducted a search of 29 Oak Point Rd. in Picayune.
“Investigators were able to determine there were several wanted suspects living and hanging out at the residence who were also conducting other illegal activity,” Saucier said.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators encountered a Lenord E. Martin, 57, and Rebbeca Garretson, 54, both of the Oak Point Road address, Saucier said.
Saucier said Garretson was taken into custody for felony malicious mischief.
Martin was found to be in possession of a large Bowie hunting knife and was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, Saucier said.
Both Garretson and Martin were additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after it was recovered from the residence, Saucier said.
The narcotics investigators are looking for Tony L. Garretson Jr., 36, and Tony L. Garretson Sr., 57, for outstanding warrants. Both men are from 29 Oak Point Rd. and were not present when the search was conducted.
Garretson Sr. is wanted for three counts of sale of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Garretson Jr. is wanted for felony malicious mischief, Saucier said.
