2014 Primary Election ballot and location information

Today, Pearl River County residents can exercise their right to have their voice heard by voting in the State of Mississippi’s Primary Election.

According to a sample ballot on the Pearl River County Clerk of Court’s webpage, candidates on the Democratic ballot in the race for United States Senate are Travis W. Childers, William Bond Compton, Jr., Bill Marcy and Jonathan Rawl.

Candidates on the Democratic ballot in the race for United States House of Representatives 4th Congressional District are Trish Causey and Matt Moore.

Candidates on the Republican ballot in the race for United States Senate are Thomas L. Carey, Thad Cochran and Chris McDaniel.

Candidates on the Republican ballot in the race for United States House of Representatives 4th Congressional District are Tom Carter, Tavish C. Kelly, Steven McCarty Palazzo, Gene Taylor, and Ron Vincent.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
