Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Greater Emmanuel Baptist Church for Earlean Thompson, 53, of Picayune, Mississippi who passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.  Pastor Lovell McCray will officiate at the service.  Rev. Alex Wesco, Jr. is Pastor.

Earlean was born in Slidell, Louisiana on August 8, 1963 to the late Annie Ruth Jackson Thompson and Alvin Thompson.  She was educated in St. Tammany Parish Schools.  She enjoyed family gatherings and especially spending time with her grandkids.  Her previous employment included working for various fast food restaurants and dry cleaners.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories:  Her companion of 20 plus years, Donald Cooper “Blue”; two beautiful daughters, Keuna Thompson and Erica Thompson; her siblings, Betty Boston, Anthony Ray, Antoine Thompson, Kathy Thompson, Glatcie Hall, Nobie Thompson, and Luenornia Jackson; four half-brothers, Craig, Chaney, Cedric, and Carlos Robertson, all of Cleveland, Ohio; five grandchildren;  one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her biological father, Frenchie Robertson; and one brother, William Joseph Thompson.

Interment will be at a later date.
