Funeral Services for Mildred McCormic, age 89, of Leetown Community, Mississippi, who passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017, will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 11:00 am at Lee’s Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Lee’s Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Lee’s Chapel #2 Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Jared Lee will officiate the service, assisted by Rev. Lavell Lee.

A native of Port Sulphur, Louisiana, she was a retired Seamstress and a member of Lee’s Chapel #2 Missionary Baptist Church. Mildred was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adam Rigaud, Sr and Martha Lightell Rigaud; her sons, Patrick Francis McCormic and Michael Arthur McCormic; her brother, Adam Rigaud, Jr.; and her sisters, Victoria Lee and Rose Waldrop.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Carolyn Montz; two grandchildren, Willis (Mildred) Montz, and Bryan (Lynn) Montz; four great grandchildren, Hefu Otero, Roman Otero, Dawson Montz, and Laura Grace Montz; and several nieces and nephews.
