St. Tammany Parish Racketeering case brings in two Picayune residents

Two Picayune residents were charged with drug-related offenses in relation to a string of racketeering cases in St. Tammany Parish.
Kaylee N. Burns, 24, of Picayune was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a press release from Louisiana District Attorney Warren Montgomery’s office.
Justin Hunter Carnegie, 20, of Picayune, was described as a low-level heroin and methamphetamine supplier in the release, who accompanied a high-level distributor. The release states the he was charged with racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, according to the release.
Carnegie and Burns were two of the 20 people indicted in St. Tammany Parish as members and affiliates of a drug trafficking organization called Team We, the release states.
The group is alleged to have been distributing heroin and methamphetamine on the eastern side of St. Tammany Parish, according to the release.
Montgomery announced the 45-count indictment for 17 of the defendants on Thursday.
Sixteen of the suspects are in custody, while four remain at large, the release states. Team We distributed heroin and methamphetamine from New Orleans and surrounding areas to St. Tammany Parish since June 2015, the release states. It also says some members of the group were suspect to act violently and carry weapons.
One member of the group, Randy Lee Lail, 35, of Pearl River, is accused of shooting another defendant, Destiny Michelle Dill, 23, of Slidell, in the face in May, according to the release.
Lail was charged with attempted second-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, the release states.
Dill was charged with racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.
According to the release, the arrests are a result of a joint investigation by the FBI, St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, Slidell Police Department, Pearl River Police Department, and the Louisiana 22nd District Attorney’s office.
“This investigation is a great example of federal and local law enforcement agencies working together to address the serious heroin and methamphetamine problem in our community,” Montgomery said in the release. “My administration is taking a proactive approach, assisting in the investigation and moving quickly to indict individuals who have made a career out of crime.”
According to the release, the additional defendants charged include:
- Timothy James Polk, 33, of Pearl River, for accessory after the fact to attempted second-degree murder in connection with the shooting of Dill.
- Marilyn Elizabeth McDonald, 40, of Slidell, for accessory after the fact to attempted second-degree murder in connection with the shooting of Dill.
- John Louis Blackledge, Jr., 29, of Pearl River, for aggravated assault on a peace officer with a motor vehicle, five counts of resisting an officer with force or violence, aggravated flight from an officer, operation of a vehicle without a license, DUI, racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
- Andrew Scott Barron, 27, of Slidell, for racketeering and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
- Alexis Marie Broussard, 23, of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Caitlin Wayne Bucklers, 24, of Burnnell, Florida, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine.
- Sebastian Dominguez, 24, of Palm Coast, Florida, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, production and manufacturing marijuana, possession of Buprenorphine/Suboxone, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Adam J. Ellis, 22 of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
- Jason M. Kosinski, 40, of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.
- Jessie Thomas Kosiniski, 36, of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, distribute of methamphetamine, possession of firearms by convicted felon and possession of marijuana.
- Jonathan T. “Migo” Lawrence, 29, of Metairie, for racketeering and conspiracy to distribute heroin.
- Dane Alan McReynolds, 25, of Pearl River, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Ryan S. McReynolds, 26, of Abita Springs, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Justin Lee Olivieri, 25, of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, three counts of distribution of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of Buprenorphine/Suboxone, possession with intent to distribute MDMA and production and manufacturing of marijuana.
- Tina Renee Stuprich, 29, of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and making an improper turn.
- Daniel Michael Younce, 26, of Slidell, for racketeering, conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and two counts of distribution of heroin.
