Paul Allen Johnson

A celebration of life for Paul Allen Johnson, 57, of Carriere, MS, who passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016, will be held Sunday, August 28, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Joey and Cha Johnson’s Home, 3 Acorn Lane, Carriere, MS 39426.
Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery  under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
A native of Picayune, MS, he was a heavy equipment operator. Paul was a loving husband, father, Paw Paw to his grandchildren, and brother, who will be truly missed by all who loved and knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Albert Johnson and Hazel Dawsey Johnson; his sister, Susan Kendrick; and his brother, Edward Johnson.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 34 years, Rosary “Rosie” Johnson; his sons, Joseph (Channa) Johnson,  Zakary (Kayla) Johnson, Nikolas (Tiffany) Johnson, and  Tyler (Priscilla) Johnson; his 6 grandchildren, Jacob, Harllyn, Grayce, Triton, Jyllian, and Kyndall; his sisters and brothers, Jean Dunn, Wayne Johnson, Edna (Kenneth) Smith, Barbara Statts, Johnny (Regina) Johnson, and  Mary “Ginger” (Dean) Rester.
