The June Summer Blues Out 2nd Annual Poster Contest has had a deadline extension for entries to May 1st. Lynne Adams Barze’ announced the extension after a committee meeting held on Wednesday.

“We are excited about the caliber of artists and entries from the area. We encourage all artists who haven’t already done so, to bring in their entries,” said Barze’. This year’s theme is “Celebrate the Blues.” Entries must be on canvas no bigger than 18×24 and must be signed on back only.

Entries are limited to four colors and artist must be resident of Pearl River County. All entries must be mounted. Judging will be done by individuals outside of the PRC art community. There will be a second place winner.
