City Manager Jim Luke signed on the dotted line, closing of the purchase of the former Crosby Memorial Hospital on Thursday, for $210,000 from Southern Regional Corporation.

“We’re excited, this is a great thing for the city, and we look forward to seeing what happens,” said Tim Hart, Southern Regional Corp. Board president, following the signing of the documents.
