BAY ST. LOUIS — It took almost two weeks, but Pearl River Central finally got a chance to complete it’s Division 8-4A series with Bay High Wednesday night.
And for the Blue Devils, the result was just as good as the first game.
PRC completed a sweep of the Tigers, winning 6-4 thanks to a two run double by Cody Dillard in the seventh inning. The win makes PRC 3-9 in league play, and 12-14 overall.
Blake Herrin took the win, striking out nine to move to 4-3. He also had a double at the plate.
Ramsey Graham led PRC at the plate with three hits, including a double.
PRC, Poplarville and D’Iberville are now all tied for the fourth and final playoff spot in 8-4A. Bay High and D’Iberville meet tonight, as does Poplarville and Picayune
