Hancock County Sheriff Steve Garber requests the public’s assistance in locating a suspect on two counts of molestation.

Steven Cody Owen, 20, of the Leetown Road area in Pearl River County, just outside of Lumberton, is wanted by the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department for two counts of Molestation. If anyone has any information please contact Investigator Matthew Carver at 228-466-6912.

Carver said he has attempted to make several attempts to locate Owen at his place of residence in Pearl River County but has been unsuccessful.

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department does not have any prior charges or convictions on Owen, Carver said.
