Attorney General Jim Hood says a 49-year-old Pass Christian man has been arrested on a felony home repair charge for allegedly billing for work he never completed.

Hood said the arrest was made after a Gulfport homeowner filed a complaint against Scott Anthony Colson. The attorney general says this is the second felony home repair charge filed against Colson in the past year.

Colson was arrested Monday after a Harrison County grand jury returned an indictment.
