Funeral Services will be held Monday, March 2, 2009, at 10 a.m. at First Pentecostal Church of Picayune for Annie Laurie Smith, 64, of Picayune, who passed away on Friday, February 27, 2009 in Picayune.

Burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

The Rev. Wayne Wilson will officiate at the service.

A native of Picayune, she was a Homemaker and a member of First Pentecostal Church of Picayune.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, William Andrew Watkins, Sr., and Lela Mae Watkins; and a brother Preston Watkins.

Survivors include: her husband, Clifton Doug Smith of Picayune; brothers, Lionel Watkins, Kenneth Watkins, Andrew (Andy) Watkins Jr.; sisters, Dixie Sansing, Juanita Eastman, Melrose Strain, Joyce Robbins; and a very special niece, Victoria Watkins.

Visitation will be Sunday, March 1, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. at First Pentecostal Church of Picayune.
