Wendy S. Wilson

Wendy S. Wilson, of Slidell, La. and native of Picayune, Miss. departed her life on Oct. 31, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family and children. Wendy was a homemaker for most of her life, and she was a devoted mother to her two beautiful children. She was kind, compassionate, and giving person with a heart of gold. She was the middle child of seven children. She was baptized at St. Matthew Baptist Church at the age of seven, and taught the word of God by her loving mother. She attended Picayune Memorial high School, and was a native of Picayune all her life.
She leaves to cherish her memory two children, Jovonte’ Wilson and Arianna Wilson, both of Picayune, Miss., Terance Wilson Sr. of Picayune, Miss., Gale (Jerome) Jackson of Piacayune Miss., Tina (James) Martin of Atlanta, Ga., and also a hot of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
There will be a private home going service for the lat Wendy S. Wilson per her and her children’s wishes. Although our hearts are broken, we will always cherish every moment we had with her, and her memory will live forever in our hearts and the hearts of her children.
The family of Wendy S. Wilson would like to express our deepest and most sincere appreciation for all the acts of kindness, cards, phone calls, and comforting words of encouragement and support that have been shown to us during this difficult time. May God bless and keep each of you always, please keep us in your prayers, as we request privacy.
