Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 2 p.m. in Baylous Funeral Home for Joan Jones Christmas, age 74, of Picayune, MS, who died Sunday, June 14, 2020 in Hattiesburg, MS. Rev. Brain Dees will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the Picayune Cemetery, under the direction of Baylous Funeral Home.

A native of Picayune, MS, she was a retired CNA., of Highland Community Hospital. She was a member of the Greater Emmanuel Baptist Church where she served on the Mother Board.

Survivors include: 2 sons, Tommie Davison Jr., of Gulfport, MS, Kristerfer Christmas of Picayune, MS; 1 daughter, Sonya Davison of Picayune, MS; 6 grandchildren, Tara Smith, Bradley Gullotte , Jailen Davison, Kandace Davison, Kevin Davison, Kamoni L. Christmas; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Rhonda Jones of Picayune, MS; 3 brothers, L.J. Jones, Webster Jones, W.L. Jones.

Preceded in death by her husband James Christmas and 1 brother James “Doak” Jones.
Walk through viewing will be held June 23, 2020 from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in Baylous Funeral Home.
