The Republican Primary Election will be Tuesday August 27 to determine which candidates will represent the Republican Party in the general election in races where the top candidate did not receive the majority of the votes. While there are Democratic runoffs in other parts of the state, there will be no Democratic runoff for Pearl River County voters, because all of the races in the primary were won with a majority of the votes or the candidates were unopposed.

Candidates for Mississippi Governor are Tate Reeves and Bill Waller Jr.

Candidates for Attorney General are Lynn Fitch and Andy Taggart.

Candidates for State House of Representatives 106 are incumbent John Glen Corley and Jansen Owen.

Candidates for District 4 Supervisor are incumbent Farron Moeller and Jason Spence.

Candidates for North Justice Court Judge are Benjamin Breland and Larry Head.
