Funeral Services for Timothy Ryan Burge, age  61, of Hattiesburg, MS, who passed away Monday, December 10, 2018, will be held Friday, December 14, 2018, at 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel , 401 West Canal Street, Picayune, MS 39466 .

Visitation will be Friday, December 14, 2018 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Charles Raiford Burge Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Dr. Dean Miller will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, MS, he graduated from Mississippi State University in 1984 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and was a Self Employed Civil Engineer/Land Surveyor. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church of Hattiesburg. Tim was a loving and devoted husband, father, Pops, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Raiford Burge and Nina Lee Burge.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 40 years, Vicky Davis Burge; his children, Josh (Blair) Burge, Justin (Kelly) Burge, and Jennifer (Clint) Melerine; 8 grandchildren, Brooke Burge, Jaxson Burge, Cameron Melerine, Davis Burge, Bryce Burge, Cole Melerine, Preston Burge, and EllaGrace Burge; his sisters and brothers, Beverly Dale Tynes, Bud (Barbara) Burge, Celecia (Sonny) Sones, Sandra Gates, Don (Sandy) Burge, Lynn Burge, and Byron (Renee) Burge; and numerous nieces and nephews.
