Funeral Services for James B. Landrum, age 75, of Caesar Community, Mississippi, who passed away Monday, June 11, 2018, will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 10:00 am at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday, June 15, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. 

Burial will be in Gipson Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Bro. Cedric Lumpkin will officiate the service.

A native of Salem Community, Mississippi, he served in the Mississippi National Guard. James was a retired Cryogenics Technician at Stennis Space Center and a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. He enjoyed farming and automobile racing.

James was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arvy P. Landrum and Hazel Johnson Landrum; and his wife, Willie Jean Landrum.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Phillip (Melody) Landrum, Phoebe (Anthony) Smith, and Perry Landrum; fourgrandchildren, Chris (Haley) Hayes, Hayley Smith, Eli Smith, and Belle Landrum; three great grandchildren, Aubrey, Graham, and Christian Hayes; his sister, Sherry (Carl) Willis; his brother, Larry (Lynn) Landrum; and several nieces and nephews.
