Mass of Christian Burial for Catherine Veronica Vibelius, age 93, of Hide Away Lake Community, Carriere, Mississippi, who passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, will be held Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Entombment will be Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery, Joliet, Illinois under the direction of Woodlawn Funeral Home.

Local arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Father John Noone will officiate the service.

A native of Joliet, Illinois, she was a retired Technologist Specialist at Illinois Bell and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Veronica was a loving sister, aunt, and friend, whose generosity had no bounds, she will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Joseph Sealy and Mary Kate Dunne Sealy; her husbands, Norman Chellew and Richard Vibelius; her brother, Edward Sealy; and her sisters, Annie Woods and Patricia Egdorf.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Mary Goolsby; her brother-in-law, Charles Egdorf; several nieces and nephews; and friends.
