Funeral Services for Patricia Dianne “Patti” English, age 62, of Gulfport, Mississippi, who passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017, will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home.Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Dr. Stan Davis will officiate the service.

A native of Laurel, Mississippi, she attended High School at Picayune Memorial High School. She went on to pursue a career in the insurance business. She will thoughtfully be remembered as a wonderful mother, sister, sister-in-law and a friend to all those she met. She particularly loved her son and enjoyed spending time with him and cheering on his accomplishments in life.

She was a strong Christian who loved the Lord and lived her life accordingly. Her enjoyments in life included cooking, graphic design and listening to worship music from which she drew her strength and closeness to God.

Patti is preceded in death by her mother, LaFerne Elva “Ferne” Stover Gaddis and her father Allen Paul English.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Clifton Paul Bales of Purvis Mississippi; three sisters; Joyce Fetters of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Karen Allette Karavitas and husband,George of Naples, Florida, Paula Scianna and husband, Steve of Cypress Texas; her half-sisters Skoshi Orena and Tonya Jackson and half-brother Paul English Jr. all of San Antonio Texas; her Aunt, Maye Peacock of Chatham, Illinois; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
