Lillian (Lankford) Martin

Lillian (Lankford) Martin passed away during the night in Willow Creek, Missouri, at age 78. She went to be with the Lord on October 21st. She had suffered from Alzheimer’s disease.
She was the widowed spouse of Lubby Martin, and daughter of Roscoe Lankford and Beulah (Farr) Lankford of Picayune who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by David F. Jarrell, her only brother, and by her children, Ruben and Richard Davis, Connie Slocum, and Angela Stewart.
Lillian was born in Picayune where she resided for most of her life. After her diagnosis, she went to live with her son, Robert Davis. Lillian was known for her pleasant smile. She loved music, a good romance novel, and she was a longtime member of Goodyear Baptist church.
She is remembered by her children, Roger Mosher and Tina Lott, Louisiana, Maggie Smith and Sharon Dergregorian, New Mexico, Deborah Martin, Texas, Robert Davis, Missouri, Janice and Cindy (Stewart) Carter, Mississippi.
Grandchildren: Danielle Reighard, Nebraska, Dominique Wheelden and Victoria Arizmendiz, New Mexico, Benjamin Ernest Lott, Amanda Lott Davis, and Shane Mosher, Louisiana, Matthew, Rebecca, Rachel, and Ruth Martin, Texas, Rebekah and Shannon Davis, and Alexis Newman, Missouri.
Great grandchildren: Angelo Spillane and Elijah Reighard, Nebraska, Marcos and Osian Arizmendiz, New Mexico, Zaylyn and Conner Davis, Louisiana, Graysen Martin, Texas.
Nieces: Debra and Shirley Jarrell, Louisiana.
