Funeral services for Joseph Daniel Wise, 74, and Carol Ann Wise, 70, both of Henleyfield, Miss., who passed away June 1, 2017, and June 3, 2017, will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Roseland Park Baptist Church.  Visitation will be Friday, June 9, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Roseland Park Baptist Church. Burial will be in Henleyfield Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. Rev. Dan Young, Dr. John Brock, and Dr. Kent Megehee will officiate the service.
Residents of Henleyfield, Miss., Danny was a Cattle Farmer, and Carol was a homemaker for her family. Danny and Carol were members of Roseland Park Baptist Church, where Danny proudly served as a Deacon. Danny and Carol were
loving parents, Poppa and Mimi to their beloved grandchildren, and they will be truly missed by all who knew and loved them.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Joe A. Wise and Shirley Jarrell Wise; and his brother, Kelly Wise. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Konkle and Grace Spiers Konkle; and her brother, Keith Konkle.
Left to cherish their memory are their children, Roxanne (Darren) Speights, Danielle (Mark) Jones, and Natalie (Ross) Watkins; 6 beloved grandchildren, Camryn Speights, Kenidy, Maddix and Fisher Jones, Delaney and Spencer Watkins; Danny’s sisters, Lynn Stevenson and Ruth (Kent) Megehee; and Carol’s sister, Linda Jones, and her brother, Gerald (Kay) Konkle.
