RECAP: Picayune boys fend off a late PRC comeback

Stephane Ayangma led the Maroon Tide in Carriere with 30 points, 13 rebounds and three blocks, helping Picayune defeat the Pearl River Central Blue Devils 53-32. Marvun Arnold notched 11 points, six of which were in the final quarter.
Blue Devils A.J. Banks proved to be a nuisance for the Maroon Tide defense in the second half, scoring 18 points in the second half, 21 overall. Willie Reece backed Banks with six points.
Lady Tide beats Lady devils, 36-26
Miracle Banks led a Lady Tide comeback with three 3-pointers and 18 total points. Camille Culpepper crashed the boards for 13 rebounds along with four points.
Lady Devils Samantha Orgeron finished the night with 10 points while teammate Harlee Davis contributed eight, six of which were in the first quarter.
