Funeral services for Wiley Graham “Sonny” Frierson, 82, of Saucier, MS, who passed away Friday, August 19, 2016, will be held Monday, August 22, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be Monday, August 22, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Turtleskin Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.
A native of Picayune, MS, Sonny was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was also known by his fellow PMHS football player’s as “Stonewall”!
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Wiley Frierson and Leona McQueen Frierson; son-in-law, Mark Chism; little angel, Gavin Wheeler; brothers, W.C. Frierson, Frank Frierson, and Bob Frierson; sisters, Walne Casanova, and Jo Ann Hayden.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of over 58 wonderful years, Carol Ann Suckow Frierson; sons, Graham (Angela) Frierson Jr., and William Randolph (Denise) Frierson; daughters, Kim Chism, Suzanne (Mike) Fayard, Lynda (Mike) Van, Janell (Heath) Harris, Cindy (Ernie) Hernandez, and Jamie Ellen (Jeffrey) Wheeler; 20 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.
