The Picayune Police Department is searching for 32-year-old Kellie Williams, who went missing Monday, March 9 and was last seen at the Margaret Reed Crosby Memorial Library on Goodyear Boulevard, Picayune Police Department Assistant Chief Jeremy Magri said.
She’s described as a white female, approximately five feet, eight inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She has dirty blond hair with black tips. She was last seen wearing a blue Nike pullover jacket with white lettering, blue jeans and black, purple and white Nike tennis shoes, Magri said.
William’s sister, Melanie Rivera, who lives with her, said her sister suffers from mild schizophrenia and dissociative disorder.
“She has gone missing in the past. It’s part of her disorder,” Rivera said. “She believes she’s in another place than she actually is, which makes her wander around. If anyone finds her, be gentle with her and call the police as soon as possible.”
Recently, Williams was allegedly talking to a man on Facebook, identified as Nate Narajo, Magri said. While he is not a suspect officers are attempting to contact Narajo to see if he has any information on her whereabouts.
The Picayune Police Department contacted both the St. Tammany Police Department and Slidell Police Department to attempt to locate Williams and Narajo, Magri said.
Magri said if anyone knows about Williams or Narago’s whereabouts notify a local police agency or call the Picayune Police Department at (601) 798- 7411.
